Accenture's Global Leadership Council (GLC) had not met since 2018 due to the COVID pandemic. Finally, in 2021, it was decided to hold a virtual summit for the 700+ participants to motivate, energize, and share valuable team lessons. In 2021, the world hadn't yet opened up. The urgent scramble for businesses to adapt to a lockdown world was over, and Accenture had made innovating from our home offices routine. But, like the rest of the world, we were feeling demotivated, depressed, and sad. The GLC's organizing team wanted to use the 2021 summit to acknowledge the difficulties we had faced while also celebrating our hard work and inspiring leadership to look to the future with optimism. They also desired to dance. We came up with the name One Rising.

The Concept
The visuals take Accenture's brand gradients and transform them into an amorphous nebula of light. The nebula gives the impression that it is constantly changing and moving upward. Lines that echo the shape move throughout the composition, adding energy and depth

My Role
I collaborated with a team of four designers to develop the visual direction and implement it across various visual applications. My individual focus was primarily on poster layout and merchandise design.
